Laser Measurement is essential when accurancy and documentation are critical. We use modern systems to verify flatness in key structures – whether it`s flanges, foundations, or machine bases.

A fundamental prerequisite for machine installation is that the mounting surface is completely flat. This ensures the machine table meets flatness requirements so that produced parts maintain the necessary tolerances. For wind turbines, the flanges between tower segments are checked for flatness, and the requirements may also include a specified inclination of the plane.
The laser measurement system can be used on flanges of any size, regardless of diameter. The system can measure between one and five concentric circles of points—e.g., inner, middle, and outer—to analyze taper (conicity) across the flange.
As documentation, a PDF report is generated with graphs and measurement data, directly from the system’s display unit.
